Roble, Anacleta Moreno - Hayward  
Anacleta Moreno Roble July 13, 1921-Nov. 19, 2014 Resident of Hayward, CA Anacleta passed away on Wednesday after a short illness. She was born in Inopacan, on Leyte in the Philippines. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Phillip Senior; devoted children Virginia Meacham (Gordon) of San Mateo, Lorraine Roberts (Gary) of Madison, Wisconsin, Phillip Roble Jr. (Myrna) of Lodi, Rebecca Roble of Hayward, Joseph Roble (Marcie) of Danville and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. All those that knew her will miss her generous loving spirit. Friends and family are invited for visitation on Tuesday, Nov. 25 from 3-8:30 p.m. at Holy Angels Funeral and Cremation Center, 1051 Harder Road, Hayward. A rosary will also be held at 7 p.m. On Wednesday, Nov. 26 Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Bede, 26950 Patrick Ave., Hayward, 94544 and burial will follow at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 1051 Harder Road, Hayward. The family asked that donations be given to St. Bede Church in lieu of flowers.

Michael Rombs Apr 27, 1926 – Nov 17, 2014 Resident of Alameda Born on April 27, 1926 in New Petersburg, Odessa, Russia to Markus and Katherina Rombs, Michael passed away on November 17, 2014 at his home in Alameda with his family by his side. Michael is survived by his sons, Siegfried, Andre and Harold; grandchildren, Chad, Kortnee, Philip and Samuel; and siblings, Ludmila, Ludwig and Nikodemous; and many nieces and nephews residing in Germany. He was preceeded in death by his wife of 58 years, Margaret; daughter, Margit; and sister, Rosa. Michael was past president and a 40 year member of the Oakland Turnverein Gemischter Choir and a member of the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Basilica, 1109 Chestnut St., Alameda.
