Barbara Chang Obituary

Barbara Chang Apr. 19 1026 - Mar.15 2013 Resident of Oakland Barbara, Auntie Bobbie, Barb = Mom was a lively quick witted woman who enjoyed family and friends to the fullest. I was a tenant of Barbara's in Sacramento and just learned of her passing. She was the best landlord I ever rented from. A no-nonsense woman who couldn't hide her huge heart. She rewarded effort and honesty with understanding and compassion. I always looked forward to her visits to the property; which most people couldn't say of a landlord! We had some very enjoyable spirited and inspiring conversations. I am happy to have known her. My condolences to her friends and family.

I remember when I first started at Mothers, Barbara with her stern face and strict rules regarding the mail room scarred me. But I soon learned that Barbara had a heart of gold. She was always helpful and full of knowledge. She was a beautiful, healthy, strong
woman who many respected as
a role model. She will be greatly missed. Love you Barbara, rest in peace
