Resident of San Leandro
Jennie passed away peacefully at her home in San Leandro. She was born and raised in Alameda where she lived with her husband, Robert Jessen, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Judith Barker, son-in-law Gary; son Tim Jessen and daughter-in-law Sheri. She is also survived by granddaughter Melissa Barker; grandson Matthew Barker and his wife Tisha; granddaughter Jennifer Roberts and her husband Michael; and grandsons Greg Jessen and Kyle Mendoza; and three great-grandsons, Kaden, Grayson and Tyler. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jennie's name may be made to Vitas Hospice Care, 670 North McCarthy Blvd., Suite 220, Milpitas, CA 95035. A Chapel Blessing will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA in the Old Mausoleum Chapel on Tuesday, March 26 at 1:00 p.m.
