Resident of Sunol
Lillyan Widman passed away on March 20th at the age of 90, in Union City. She was born on May 25, 1922 in Oakland. She was the beloved wife of Leslie Thomas Widman, loving mother of William F. Widman, Mother in law to Lourdes Widman. Grandmother to Kelly, Tessa and Ashley. Great grandmother to Dalton Cate. Lillyan also had two children, from a previous marriage, Joann and George, who passed away at an early age due to congenital health problems.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Wednesday, March 27 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 37891 2nd Street, Fremont, 94536. Burial will take place on Thursday at St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery in Livermore.

Auntie Lil taught us some many things. She taught us strength in the face of challenges, love in the time of heartache, and joy from the most simply things in life. Always with a smile and warm hug. I picture her now with all the family sitting at the table laughing. We lost such a special lady and we were blessed to have her in our lives. Love always
