Petronila (Nila) Leyva passed away peacefully with her family at her side on March 5, 2013. Devoted wife to Rosendo (Sendong) Leyva (deceased). She leaves behind daughters, Allyson Meimban, Belinda Gunther, Catherine Zopfi and Daisy Leyva; sons, Rosendo, Jr. and Napoleon Michael; grandchildren, Jan Michael, Nikita Dellia, Jay Mark, Beau Petrosen, Jean Claude, Daniel Ray, Ana Melissa, Melisa, Michelle Alin Rose and Alan; great granddaughter, Gwynne Anika Rose; sons-in-law, Bedan Meimban, Donald Ray Zopfi (deceased), James Gunther and James Brian Goodno (deceased); and daughters-in-law, Efipania and Imelda.
Nila enjoyed gardening, traveling, taking care of her grandchildren and simple things such as walking in the park, preparing dishes from her birth province, Pampanga and watching the Filipino Channel. She will be missed but leaves behind many good memories of a life fully lived dedicated to her family and loved ones.
A celebration honoring her life and memories will be held in Antipolo Ciy, Philippines from March 21 to 24, 2013.
