Entered into rest on April 5, 2013 in Palo Alto, CA at the age of 75. Beloved brother of Robert Cossick of Union City, and Mitzi Addis of St. Paul, MN. Treasured uncle of Katie Lott and her husband Andrew of MN. Cherished great-uncle of Evan Lott of MN. He also leaves behind his girlfriend of several years, Shirley Watson of Houston, TX.
Born December 20, 1937 in Uniontown, PA, Philip was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired from the Southern Pacific railroad. He was an avid golfer.
At Philip's request private family services were held.
