Although life is short, feel blessed to have memories of your time with him. And always remember he loved you as much as you loved him.

This was one of those death that hurt the most. I work at Frick Middle School and to see these kids everyday it's like there one of your own.Jimon was soooo funny and was not afraid to ask many questons .What. I will miss the most will be his smile and the fact that he never could beat me in UNO ! Heaven Bound we love you ! Your Frick Family and Jackie O Da C.E.O.

I don't know the family, but my heart was grieved at yet another senseless death. I am a mother of sons and I pray daily to never recieve a call about your children. The young people need to put down the guns and pick up a book! Educate your minds and stop the violence!!!
To the family, cherish the memories of the times you shared. Know that God is in control and that He called His child home. You loved him, but God loved him best. God bless you

so senseless how someone can take a childs life. wat i do know is this my daughter alma misses u like crazy! i still remember the day jimon came came to ask for permission to date my daughter lol i asked what his intentions were n he stuttered n said i just think your daughter is beautiful n his twin n cousins n friends who accompanied him for support started laughing. but him asking meant alot to me not to many boys have the courage to ask for premission to date someones daughter that showed he had class n was very respectful n as he visited with my daughter we found him to be a delightful young man and a joy to be around thank u for being a part of our lives we are going to miss u greatly, hopefully n god willing we will get justice for u. until we meet again my young friend muahhhh.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jimon This Summer at the Contra Costa College Sports Camp this year sponsored through the Kings Club at the Bay Area Rescue Mission. He was a wonderful and bright young man,He and his brother were pleasant, polite, and funny. I could tell that he was athletic when we went to each sport activity and he displayed great competitiveness. I pray that the family puts their trust in God. Remember Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the Lord with all of thine heart, and lean not unto your own understanding, in all of your way's acknowledge him. and he will direct your path. We at the Kings club of the Bay Area Rescue Mission are praying for your strength in the Lord.

Your family is in Oakland's thoughts, prayers and hearts. From just reading abouit Jimon, we are at once inspired by this child and thus saddened by this great loss. Through reading about his life, we come to understand that he was a brilliant, amazing young person, full of light, love, talent and so, so much more. I know words cannot fully describe this child, because he was so special and beautiful.
Please know that we are praying for your family, Jimon's twin brother Jivon, his mom and grandmother. Oakland is with you. We are so, so sorry for your tragic loss. May we all honor Jimon always. To his family, you did an incredible job with him, as he touched the lives of so, so many people. Please have some comfort in knowing that you are in our thoughts and prayers, along with Jimon, a sweet and innocent child, now with God.

I have a 15 yr old daughter and this story just touches me in a way that I can't put into words. I cannot begin to understand what the family is feeling but as sure as I am typing this note I know that there is a GOD who can heal all wounds in time and he will surely watch over your precious baby who was taken so senselessly and way too soon. To the family of Jimon Clark, I express my deepest sympathy for you loss.
I sat and read the morning paper, and cannot understand the reason why, this happened to such a wonderful young man. This is an absolute tragedy! He was a young child that had a gift to give the world, yet his young life ended so abruptly.
Jimon's story has touched many hearts who did not know him personally, and I am one of them. Our hearts are opened to give you love and comforting during your time of need.
When Jimon's love one's, friends, and neighbor's look up into the brightly lit sky, during the nights, they will know that Jimon is a star, smiling down upon them. All will know that Jimon is Safe In The "Masters'Arm's". May "God" Bless You.

To the family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I went to Frick back when it was a Junior High. It was my first taste of Oakland in that most of the students were poor minority kids with a lot of heart and a lot of kindness. I can just imagine Jimon was one of my wonderful classmates from way back when. Bless you, I hope there's justice for you in the near future.
