A long time ago Mark was a good friend and neighbor on Marble Arch Way in Fairfax County VA in the early 80's. I only just recently heard of his passing (my brother spoke with his sister recently). When I knew him Mark was laid back, laconic yet adventurous and he had a mischievous grin and a great sense of humor. Im sure he will be missed by all who knew him.

Marcus was a friendly and gregarious man who sailed easily into people's lives and made a lasting impression. He was always able to quell the choppy and tempestuous seas of ones life and be a stalwart lighthouse to signal the safety of a port in the storm.
