Rosita Pascual DeOcampo (Lola) passed away peacefully on Wed., Feb. 26th surrounded by family. She inspired many lives with her wonderful wit and unconditional love. She will always be remembered for her kind, gentle heart and infectious smile.
Rosita was born in the Philippines where she lived her early years. She moved to Fremont, CA in 1967. She enjoyed many of life's offerings as long as she was surrounded by family, friends, food, and the occasional ring of a slot machine.
Rosita was the beloved wife of the late Felicisimo DeOcampo. She is survived by her four sons Chuck, Jim, Rick, Mike; one daughter Ruth; grandchildren Rosemarie, Jamie, Lisa, Jessica, Kara, Ashlee, Karissa, Ronny, Andi, Sean, Ryan; great grandchildren Kayla, AJ, Vincent, Makenah, Leilah, Luke, Mason, Samuel, Carter, Lilikoi'i, Annarose; family members Marla W, Marla D, Sheila, Kris, Joe, Greg, Nidia, Emy, Brandon, Courtney, Amir, Adrian, Poncho as well as extended family and friends. She was loved and will be missed by many.
Friends and family are invited to the viewing which will be held Thurs., March 6, 2014 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chapel of the Chimes 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544
Funeral Service will be held Fri., March 7, 2014 11:45am at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 40382 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538 followed by Burial at 2:30pm at Chapel of the Chimes 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544
