Gordon Oas-Heim Obituary
Gordon died on June 5, 2015 at the Motion Picture Assisted Living in Woodland Hills. He was married to his loving wife, Bonnie for 22 years and is survived by his son, Michael and wife Janine; and his grandchildren, Michael Kinne, Zachary Michael and Sara Jane. Gordon was proud to be a sober member of Alcoholics Anonymous for over 41 years; he loved being sober and especially loved his life with his beloved wife, Bonnie.

I never met you in person, but have heard stories from my dad,(his nephew), and his siblings. Your brother Roy, was my grandpa, he was the best and I bet you were great too.

I'll never forget watching you take a cake for 36 years, as I sat there with just a few hours sober, a terrible obsession, and craving to drink. You made me believe, in that moment gave me hope and helped me stay sober that day. "Even though I'm alone, I never feel lonely" you said to me once. Today those words are with me and that's the spirituality I seek. I miss you on Sat. at Chandler. I'm glad I met you you were a great example of the program.

Bonnie we watched Nashville Rebel today July 2016, and Gordon played a great part in this movie, I came to the computer to look at what more moves he was in, and it told me Gordon had died, we read his obituary, we are so sorry to read this and find out this way, We are so sorry for your loss. He gave you some good advice a long time ago.
