Brenda (Fourment) Forkell, a long time resident of Hale, passed away on March 23, 2013 in the home she shared with husband, Paul Forkell.
The Guest Book is expired.
She was well-known for her 37 years of service as the office manager at American Plastic Toys in Rose City. An avid nature lover, she spent her free time enjoying the bounty of God's creation. She spent hours tending to her garden, planting and arranging flowers and spending time with Paul and their dogs at the park or out on the boat. She was always happiest with the sun on her face and the wind in her hair. Her life was a selfless one. She cared for others long before considering her own needs.
She leaves behind her husband, Paul Forkell; her daughter, Jesska Christie; son-in-law, Scott Christie; and an extended family of loved ones that will miss her dearly.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 4 at the Hale Chapel of Buresh Funeral Home, 121 S. Washington, Rev. Pat England officiating. Those wishing to express words of sympathy may do so at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
