Effie Graw, 103, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013 in Zephyrhills, Fla.

She was active in her home until the time of her death.
Effie was born in Whittemore on Dec. 22, 1909 to Joel and Lucinda Chipps.
She married Clayton Pipesh and together they raised three children, Jean, Peggy and Ronald.
Effie was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton, in 1973; a daughter, Jean DeLosh in 2004; and a granddaughter, Kris Swanson in 2003.
Surviving are a daughter, Peggy (Robert) Savage of Florida; a son, Ronald (Colleen) Pipesh of National City; seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Effie later married Edward Graw where they resided in Florida until his death in 1994.
She was an avid bowler and shuffle board player. She also was a devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.
Cremation has taken place.
