Heather Marie Hohnerlein HiottHeather Marie Hohnerlein Hiott, 32. became our heavenly Angel on Sunday, February 3, 2013. She was born in Savannah, GA on March 15, 1980 but lived her whole life in Hardeeville, SC. She was the daughter of Martha Jenkins Hohnerlein and the late Carl Edward Hohnerlein. She was a firefighter/EMT and Fire Marshall for the Town of Hardeeville. She was a graduate of the SC Fire Academy. She was the first female firefighter in Hardeeville. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her husband, Bobby L. Hiott Jr. of Hardeeville, SC; her mother, Martha Jenkins Hohnerlein of Hardeeville; her daughter, Breanna Elizabeth Calhoun of Hardeeville; father and mother in law, Bobby and Cynthia Hiott of Charleston, SC; and paternal grandmother, Monice M. Hohnerlein of Savannah, GA. She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Maggie H. Jenkins. The family will receive friends from 6 til 8:30 pm, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, February 8, 2013 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton with burial in Lower Black Creek Cemetery, Ellabelle, GA. The family will receive friends at the home of Dartha Houston In Pembroke after the burial service. (saulsfh.com)
