M/SGT Robert Joe Schulz, USMC, Retired, 70, died Saturday, December 29, 2012 at MUSC in Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 9:30am to 10:30am at Anderson Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00am at Beaufort National Cemetery with full military honors. Mr. Schulz was born on September 16, 1942 in Evansville, IN. He is the son of Frank and Hazel Moore. Mr. Schulz served our country in the US Marine Corps and was of the Lutheran faith. Surviving are two daughters, Debra Schulz of Idaho and Julie Schulz of Beaufort, SC; three sons, Bobby Schulz of Idaho; Joey Schulz of FL and Jeffrey Schulz of CA; one sister, Vera Elmshaevser of Iowa; one brother; ten grandchildren.
