Anne Carol Doyle

Anne Carol Doyle passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the age of 83. She was born June 13, 1930 in New York City, daughter of Edward George Crapser and Margaret Veronica McMahan Crapser. She graduated from College of New Rochelle and was employed by New York Hospital as a lab technician. After moving to Dunwoody, Georgia in 1968, she served on many committees through the years including serving as President of the Dunwoody Women's Club in 1983 and 1984 then serving as Treasurer for two years. Upon moving to Fripp Island in 1997, Anne was the founder of the Women's Investment Club. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, by her two sisters Mary Elizabeth Carmack and Margaret Jean Crapser and grandson Michael Ross Marland. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bob Doyle and their five children, Elizabeth Anne Wright (Bill), Michael Kevin (Karyn), Christopher Edward, Matthew William (Kat) and Margaret Suzanne Marland (Ross) and eight grandchildren, Casey Doyle, Kylee Doyle, Kayla Marland, Kristen Wright, Sarah Marland, Benjamin Wright, Brendan Doyle, and Connor Doyle. Anne was a loving and caring woman who always put the needs of others ahead of hers and will be missed by all. She spent many years caring for her handicapped sister and aging father. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Anne to St Jude's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee or College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, New York. A Mass will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Brendan's Catholic Church at 4633 Shiloh Road, Cumming, Georgia 30040.
