William Grove McMoil, 81, of Bluffton passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center, Hardeeville, SC. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on July 22, 1931 to the late William Johnston McMoil and Emma Jane Grove McMoil. He was a retired Foreign Service officer for the US Department of State. He was a US Air Force veteran. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Kindl McMoil; two sons, William J. McMoil (Laura Jean) and Michael Sean McMoil (Dezerray); two daughters, Melissa Jane McMoil and Seana Patricia McMoil and eleven grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 12noon, Monday March 11, 2013 at Beaufort National Cemetery.
