BRODERICK, Daniel
70, Passed away November 29, 2012 after a valiant fight against esophageal cancer. He is survived by his wife, Ann Marie; sons Sean and Brian; grandson Jayson; brother, Dennis; sisters Mary and Ann; and many nieces and nephews. Dan was born in Chicago but spent most of his life in Southern California. He graduated from St Paul High School, received his Bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and his Law degree from Georgetown Law School. He was stationed in Italy where he served in the U.S. Army Transporation Corp. He was an International Economist for the Department of Commerce while attending Law School. After Law School, he clerked for a Judge in Los Angeles. He was a retired partner and estate planning attorney with the firm of Howser (Gertner) & Brown. He enjoyed reading, cooking, traveling, and just being with his family and friends. Dan was a good man, a loving husband, a caring father and grandfather.
He will be missed but we know he is in a better place and no longer in pain.
