Kenneth Patrick Graydon
Kenneth Patrick Graydon was born February 28, 1924 in Montreal, Canada. Ken passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 16, 2012, at 88 years old. He joined the Navy at age 17 as a Morris code operator; married Phyllis Haden in 1948 they had three children Sharon Cobbley, Steve Graydon, and Teri-Lee Hill. Ken worked for Bekin's moving and storage as a sales manager then moved on to be the owner of Graydon Proline for over 20 years. Phyllis and Ken were happily married for 64 years. Preceded in death by Teri-Lee Hill; survived by his wife and two children, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. There will be a small memorial service at their home on November 21 at 1:00 p.m., 2101 Snowden Ave., Long Beach, CA 90815. Please sign the guestbook at www.presstelegram.com/obits.

I just heard of Ken's passing. I will miss him. He was a great uncle, always fun and smiling. My condolences to Phillis, Sharon, and Steve, and all of us who knew him. His loss leaves a hole in my life.
