Adam Smith
28, of Yucaipa, Ca., Born July 19, 1984, passed away suddenly June 6, 2013. Adam graduated Yucaipa High School in 2002. Adam's passion was his family and friends – his adoring 3 1/2 year old son Jack, his parents Michael and Barbara, his sisters Nicole and Michelle, his grandparents Isadore "Butch," and Teresa, his girlfriend Stephanie; and his grandma Ruth and Grandpa Ray, who preceded him in death.
