Kathleen June Cherry Allaire Azar
Went to be with her Lord Jesus on June 7, 2013 after a valiant battle with congestive heart failure. She was born to Grover Cleveland Cherry and Minnie Adkins Cherry in Sarcoxie, Missouri on June 3, 1927. She moved to California at the age of 17, where she met her future husband, Roland Allaire in Long Beach. They were married in Las Vegas on September 29, 1945. After Roland passed in 1977, she married Victor Azar. She will always be remembered for her love of family, especially children, and her warm smile and great customer service at the family business, Power-Flo batteries. She is survived by 6 children: 4 sons, Don, Paul, Ken and Ross Allaire and their spouses, and 2 daughters, Renee Walz, and Collette Sitts and their spouses. She is survived by 23 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren and her sisters in Missouri, Hazel Franks and Mary Courtney and their families. A celebration of life service will be held at Amazing Life Church, 9282 Baseline Road, Alta Loma, CA 91701 on June 22nd at 11:30 AM. She will be interred with her beloved Vic at Riverside National Cemetery.
