SONIA BUQUET Obituary

The Golden Gates were opened wide; a gentle voice said, "Come" and Angels from Heaven welcomed our loved one home. A precious one from us has gone, a sweet voice we loved so much is stilled; a place is vacant in our homes, which never can be filled. Her unconditional love for all of us, our lives being Blessed & Enriched by knowing & loving her. The memories will forever be in our hearts reminding us of how to be a better person. God in His wisdom has recalled, the boon His love had given, & though her body slumbers on earth, her soul is safe in Heaven. Amen.
Sonia M. Buquet, 85, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on September 8, 2017. She was a retired Office Manager of a Pediatric office for 30 years. She loved & was dedicated to her family. She is survived by her children, Chuck (Suzanne) Buquet II, Pauline (David) Dearman & Evie (Bill) Farnell; 9 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
A partial rosary will begin the memorial service on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at 11:00am. Family and Friends are welcome to attend the services held at Stone Funeral Home, 355 E. 9th Street, Upland, CA 91786, 909-982-1369.
In lieu of flowers, if so inclined, donations may be made to Saint Lawrence Seminary, 301 Church Street, Mount Calvary, WI 53057, in memory of: Sonia M. Buquet. http://stlawrence.edu/

Just found out. Sonia was one of my first bosses and by far the best. I still recall all the wonderful advice and direction I received from her. Glad I was able to visit her a few years ago when I was in California.

What a delightful woman. Sonia's smile brightened any room and the parking lot at church as we stopped for a hug and warm conversation. We are sure the time without Chuck was difficult for her ... and now they are back together. Our prayers for your family are with you.
