MARY ANNE ERBEZNIK
Age 60, of West Hills, died on July 23rd, 2013 and was born on June 5, 1953, in Columbus, Ohio to Frank Erbeznik (deceased) and Anne Erbeznik. Mary is the fourth of eight children: Frank, Jim, Ken, Cathy Minter, Margaret Dulaney, Patty Stadheim, and John. Mary graduated from Canoga Park High School in 1971, Cal State Los Angeles with her Bachelor's in Nursing in 1977, and UCLA with her Masters in Nursing in 1993.

Mary dedicated her career to patient care and advocacy and recently retired as the Director of Special Projects at UCLA Ronald Reagan Hospital. Mary had countless nieces and nephews and being their aunt gave her great joy. Mary enjoyed planning family events, cooking and gardening. Mary will be missed by all who knew her.

Rosary and Visitation will be held at Gates Kingsley Gates, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, 6:00 pm, Friday, August 2, 2013.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernadine Catholic Church, 24410 Calvert Street, Woodland Hills, 11:00 am, Saturday, August 3, 2013.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to breast cancer research at www.brfcure.org or St. Bernadine Catholic Church (address above) in honor of Mary Erbeznik.
