Ernest Frank Tanori Jr., 62, of Brawley passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013 in Russellville, Arkansas.
Ernest was born on November 14, 1951 in Fresno, CA. He attended local elementary schools, and graduated from Brawley High in 1969 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy that same year. He was a Vietnam war veteran. After the service Ernie drove a truck for various farmers in the valley before driving long haul all around the country. He was an Avid Dallas Cowboy fan and Lakers fan.
He was preceded in death by his father Ernest Frank Tanori; maternal grandparents, Guadalupe and Jose Romero; paternal grandparents, Miguel and Angelita Tanori.
He is survived by his mother, Ernestine Tanori; former wife, Roxann; children, Adrienn Tanori of Florida, Rachael Tanori of Arkansas, Christopher and Mike Tanori of Florida; brothers, Daniel and Richard of Brawley; sisters, Angie and Norma of Brawley, and Susie of Chula Vista; 16 grandchildren; 1 great- grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St Margaret Church in Brawley, CA 92227.
