JAMES LARRAN

July 29, 1972 - June 8, 2013



James passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Brawley, he attended Sacred Heart School and Brawley Union High where he played football. He moved to Yuma, AZ in 1996 and worked at Staples. James enjoyed music, especially playing the drums. He played in a band with his friends while in high school.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Jeanne Larran; paternal grandparents, Bernard and Anita Larran; and maternal grandparents, Johnny and Peggy Fernandez.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Marlene (Larran) and Andrew Currier, niece, Drew Currier and nephew, Landon Currier; uncle, Albert Larran; aunt and uncle, Bart and Tina (Larran) Funk; cousin, Daniel Larran; great-uncles and aunts, Patty and Carl Russell and Sam and Bonnie Russell; as well as numerous cousins.
James was cremated and funeral arrangements are private.
