STERANKO SR.

June 7, 1936 - Nov. 17, 2014

Joseph Steranko Sr., 78, of Niland passed away Monday, November 17.
He was born June 7, 1936 in Port Carbon, PA and was married to Ann F. (Bercher) Steranko on March 13, 1964 in Schuylkill Haven, PA.
Mass will be held Saturday, November 22 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Calipatria, CA at 10 a.m.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ann of California; children, Christine Steranko of Tennessee, Joseph Steranko Jr. of Colorado, Sonia (Bill) Ormsbee of Colorado, and Sandra Steranko of Wyoming; brother, Thomas (Kathy) Steranko; five grandchildren, Alissa, Shayla, Mitchell, Hannah and Tyler; four great-grand- children and nieces and nephews.

Never a complaint, worked like the energizer bunny, and just a great friend.
