Carrell, Sondra L.  
Sondra L. Carrell Sondra L. (Sullivan) Carrell, 64, of Lafayette, passed away at 6:30 a.m. on December 25, 2014 at IU Health Arnett Hospital. Born January 13, 1950 in Kokomo, IN, she was the daughter of the late Herman W. and Alice (Hancock) Sullivan. Sondra married Clay Carrell in 1982 in Kokomo and he survives. She was a homemaker and a good cook. She enjoyed her family, grandkids, and reading. She was a loving, kind person and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Surviving with her husband are her children, Misti Reese, Heather Dunbar (husband, Rob), and Kristen Loy (husband, Moe) all of Lafayette and Bradley Johnson of Brazil, IN; a brother Rusty Sullivan (wife, Betsy) of Michigan and a sister Alice Myers of Vero Beach, FL; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Cooper, LaVeda J.  
LaVeda J. Cooper Veedersburg - LaVeda Jane Cooper, 80, formerly of Veedersburg and had been residing in the Williamsport Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, passed away in the emergency room of the St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital, on Thursday, December 18, 2014, at 3:23 p.m. LaVeda was born in Fountain County, Indiana, on February 8, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Louise Emma (Verhey) Cooper. LaVeda was a life resident of Veedersburg, graduating from Veedersburg High School in 1952. LaVeda first worked at Guthman's in Attica and later worked for Radio Material Corp. in Attica until her retirement. She was a member of the Stone Bluff United Methodist Church. She enjoyed both flower and vegetable gardening and enjoyed reading. LaVeda leaves behind her four sisters, Margaret Austin, Indianapolis, Dorothy Adams, Rossville, IN, Virginia (Henry) Adams and Alberta Cooper, both of Lafayette; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Russell Cooper; two sisters, Elizabeth and Bonnie Cooper. Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Monday, December 22nd from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica. Cudworth, Alvin Ray  
Alvin Ray "Ray" Cudworth, 86 Alvin Ray "Ray" Cudworth, 86, of Monticello, passed away at 2:57 p.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at the St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette. He was born November 17, 1928, in Roberts, Illinois, to the late Alvin Nellwell and Edith (Siela) Cudworth. On July 3, 1952, while home on leave from the military, he married Delores L. Voglund at the Goodland United Methodist Church Parsonage in Goodland; she passed away on Monday, October 3, 2005. Surviving are children, Rex (Barb) Cudworth of Winamac, Janice (John) Burgin of Frankfort, and Gary Cudworth of Francesville; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd (Betty) Cudworth, and Jay (Judith) Cudworth, both of Indianapolis, and Loren "Pete" Cudworth of Lafayette; and sisters, Ann (Paul) Hensley of Avon, and Jeannie (Pryce) Marshall of Englewood, Ohio. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m., December 21st at the Miller-Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, and from 10 to 11 a.m. December 22nd at the Buffalo Christian Church of Buffalo. Celebration of Life Service will be at the church at 11 a.m. December 22nd. Burial with Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello will be at the Hughes Cemetery in rural Monticello.
