Angelina "Angel" Green, 14

Lafayette - Angelina "Angel" Green, 14, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at her residence.

She was born September 14, 1998, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Danielle (Core) Green, and attended Battle Ground Middle School. Angel was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend, and was an extremely caring individual who stood up for others and will be dearly missed. She dreamed of being a fashion designer and cosmetologist. Angel loved singing, painting her nails, cooking, being an individual, dancing, drawing, fashion, music, movies, spending time with her family, friends, and pets, and the color pink. She had a great sense of humor and loved laughing and having fun.

Survivors include her mother, Danielle Green; two brothers, Benjamin Green and Maxximus Green; two sisters, Kathleen "KT" Elizabeth Core and Serenity Green; her aunt, Lori Wilson; her uncle and aunt, Christopher and Lori Green; maternal grandfather, Michael Core; six cousins, Melinda Devoe, Matthew Green, Jason Green, Andrew Green, Natalie Green, and Thomas Green; numerous friends; and her dog Muttley.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Linda Core.

Celebration of Life Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 1916 Meharry St., with Father Dan Gartland officiating. Burial will follow in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.

Family and Friends may call from noon until the time of services Monday.

Memorial contributions can be directed to an anti-bullying organization of the donor's choice to help raise awareness and put an end to our children being bullied.

Elm Ridge Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
