Joseph V. Gordon, 38

Joseph V. Gordon, 38, of Kokomo, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012, in Lafayette. He was born February 10, 1974 in Kokomo. He was raised by Johnnie and Virginia "Jenny" (Tucker) Hall. On June 21, 2002, in Kokomo, he married Deborah A. (Rubow); she survives.

He graduated from Victory Christian Academy in 1992. Joseph worked for Caterpillar in Lafayette for the last thirteen years. He was an avid golfer.

Surviving is his wife; Deborah A. Gordon, of Kokomo, his parents; Johnnie and Virginia "Jenny" Hall, of Galveston; two daughters; Kylie and Heather Gordon, both of Kokomo, son; Eithan Gordon, of Kokomo, and a stepson; Timothy Dalton, of Kokomo; two grandchildren; Braxtyn and Bentley Heredia, both of Kokomo; two sisters and a brother-in-law; Cheryl and Mark Pressey, of Kokomo, and Patsy Gordon, of Crawfordsville, and one brother and sister-in-law; Albert and Joyce Gordon, of Young America. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Joseph will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2012, at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, 725 South Main Street with Pastor Chad Collins officiating. Friends may visit with the family from noon until time of service on Monday at the mortuary.
