ATTICA — Louise R. (Fruci) Abolt, 93, formerly of Oak Lawn, Ill. and had been residing in St. Simons Island, Ga., passed away at the Southeast Georgia Health Systems, Brunswick Campus, Brunswick, Ga., on Monday, March 18, 2013.

Louise was born in Buchanan, Mich., on April 7, 1919. She was the daughter of Frank and Anna (Davino) Fruci. She was a 1937 graduate of Hyde Park High School in Chicago and attended Bryant Business College.

Louise married Charles Russell Abolt on November 23, 1939. They lived in Oak Lawn, Ill. for 33 years before moving to Bradenton, Fla. in 1992. Charles preceded her in death on May 17, 2001.

Louise had five children, fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Louise leaves behind her five children and their families, Russ Abolt, Savannah, Ga.; Steve Abolt, St. Simons Island, Ga.; Jim Abolt, Austin, Texas; Bill Abolt, Chicago and Mary Ann Lostroscio, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She was preceded in death by a brother.

A funeral mass will be held at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 407 S. Perry St., Attica, on Monday, April 1st at 12 p.m.; the Rev. David Rasner officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
