Howard Settles Obituary
Howard T. Settles, 72, of West Lafayette, IN, died December 16, 2011, at his residence. He was born January 30, 1939, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Tom and Lucille Whitson Settles. Howard worked for a drug and alcohol recovery program before retiring. He enjoyed reading, talk radio,hot cars, and fishing in Kenny's pond. Surviving are his precious sister Kay Brinson of Battle Ground, his one true love Ada Settles. His children Tony Settles of Kokomo Tina Messer (husband: Andrew) of Gray, Ky, Kim McKay (husband: William) of Kokomo, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. As there will be no public service we ask that each one celebrate Howard's life by passing on a kindness to someone else or make a donation to your local Domstic violence or homeless shelter.
