Otis "Otie" Feaster, 92

Otis "Otie" Feaster, 92, formerly of Americus, died on November 26, 2012, at the Southwest Louisiana Veteran's Home in Jennings, Louisiana. He was born February 15, 1920, in Petersburg, West Virginia. He was a World War II Veteran, serving in the Army. He married Patricia Feaster in South Bend, in June of 1949. She passed away April 5, 2002. Otie worked at National Homes in Lafayette, in the 1950's and was a school bus driver for the Americus-Buck Creek area. He was also a trustee for the Americus Union Church. Otie owned and operated Feaster's Well Drilling Company and Feaster's Sanitary Sewer Service for many years. Otie loved Americus, where he lived for 55 years before moving to Lake Charles, La., with his son Joe Wright and daughter-in-law Marlene. He is survived by: three sons, Richard Feaster, (wife Nancy) of Lafayette; Joe Wright, (wife Marlene) of Lake Charles, La.; Dana Feaster, (wife Rochelle) of Houston; one daughter, Pamela Donaldson of Lake Charles, La.; one sister, Mildred Johnson of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.; one brother, William Feaster of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by wife Patricia; one brother Lywood Feaster; one daughter Karen Panter Hopp; one grandchild Colleen Panter. He enjoyed his family, his pets, and yard work. A private memorial service will be held in Americus at a later date. He will be greatly missed
