Nancy A. Senesac

Nancy A. Senesac, age 71, of West Lafayette, died at 4:14 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014 at IU Health Arnett.

Born on December 14, 1942 in Lafayette, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Hobaugh and Vivian Aydellotte Hobaugh. She was a graduate of Battle Ground High School.

She married Kenneth "Ken" Senesac on September 14, 1965 in Dunnington, IN and he preceded her in death on February 11, 1981.

Nancy was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Dunnington. She belonged to the Rosary Sodality Club and the Home Economics Club. She enjoyed being with her grandson and family. She loved shopping, going to the lake and reading. She enjoyed going to the movies, eating out and going to the farmers market.

Surviving are her children: Lisa Senesac (companion: Bob Bell) of Ambia, Kevin Senesac of Fowler, Christopher Senesac of Terre Haute and Lesli Senesac of Brownsburg, Brother and Sister-in-law: John and Linda Senesac of Ambia, Sister-in-laws: Linda Senesac of Boswell and Ann Walters of California, a grandson Chase Bell, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister: Sharon Smith, a nephew: Tom Smith and father and mother in law: Elmer and Helen Senesac.

A Rosary Service will be held at 4:45 p.m. followed by a visitation from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Hippensteel Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 5, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2961 S. St. Rd. 71, Dunnington, IN. Fr. Peter Vanderkolk officiating. Interment at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
