Larry L. Imes, 65
Larry L. Imes, 65, of West Lafayette, passed away at 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at his residence. Born July 4, 1947, in Portland, IN. He was the son of the late Schknowl and Mildred (Caylor) Imes. Larry graduated Red Key High School and received his degree at LaSalle University. Had lived in Lafayette since 1975. Larry married Patricia Stall in May 2000, in Lafayette. He worked as a resident manager of W.H. Long Storage and was previously C.I.O. for Lafayette Life Insurance Company for 23 years. He was a Sgt. in the Air Force serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed computers and spending time with his family.
Surviving with his wife are a daughter Lisa (Scott) Sprinkles, of Webb City MO. and a son Brett (Angie) Gibson, of Lafayette; a brother Rev. Lamar (Joan) Imes, of Marion, IN. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Joel & Will Huber of OH, Jaala & Jace Huber of MO and Morgan & Mason Gibson of Lafayette.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. Monday at Hippensteel Funeral Home. Memorial service at 2 p.m. Contributions may be made to the
