Georgia Louise Lentner, 96

Georgia Louise Lentner, 96, of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, in Mulberry Health & Retirement Community.

Georgia was born on January 31, 1917, in Carroll County to the late George and Pearl (Yelton) Arnold.

On November 13, 1937, she married Robert C. Lentner in Delphi. They celebrated their 75th Wedding Anniversary before he preceded her in death in 1998.

Georgia was a homemaker and helped keep the books for Robert's business, Lentner Heating and Air Conditioning.

She was a member of Evangelical Covenant Church and the Homemaking Club. Georgia loved to read, paint, and draw, especially creating her own Christmas cards.

Georgia is survived by her daughter, Ann (James) Wilson, of Lafayette; and her grandson, Aaron D. (Melodie) Wilson, of Naples, Fla.

She was preceded in death by a brother, James Arnold; a sister, Geraldine Rex; and a grandson, Charles W. Shank III.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Lafayette. Services will follow at 10:30 a.m.; Pastor Ara Koliantz officiating.

Private burial will be in Meadow View Cemetery.
