Phyllis Glenn Obituary
Phyllis A. Glenn, 68, of Morocco, Indiana, passed away July 1, 2015 at 12:25 A.M. in the Green-Hill Manor, Fowler, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Ruth Loblaw Conner. She graduated from the Donovan High School, class of 1964. On February 23, 1974 she married Donald R. Glenn. He survives. Phyllis owned and operated the Glenn Floral Shop for 22 years. She enjoyed reading, bird watching, traveling, sports especially the Chicago Bears. She was member of the Projects Unlimited, Morocco Planning Commission for 12 years and Board of Zoning Appeals. Surviving are her husband, 1 son, David M. B.Glenn (special friend, Stephanie Witwer), Camby, Indiana, 1 daughter, Erin B. Joaquin, (husband, Jonathan), Zion, Illinois, 1 sister, Roberta R. Seolley, Iroquoios, Illinois, 2 aunts, Shirley Arseneau, (husband, Conrad), Watseka, Illinois, and Catherine Martin, Donovan, Illinois, also nieces and nephew, Julie Meyer, (husband, Larry), Marlene Erys and John Scolley, all of Donovan, Illinois.
Visitation will be on Friday, July 10, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church, Morocco, Indiana, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm (CDT), with a celebration of her life service after the visitation at 2:00 pm (CDT). Inurnment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery, Morocco, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Cancer Association or the charity of donors choice. Gerts Funeral Home, Brook, Indiana, in charge of arrangements.

I didn't know her well, but what i knew of her throuh the flower shop was great. She seemed very kind and always friendly. She made up some special planters for me. I'm so sorry for her struggle and her family's loss.
