IRVINGTON, Va. -- Douglas Vaughan Bralley, 91, of Irvington, Va., died Jan. 14, 2014, at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury.

Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18 at Christ Church Burying Ground, Irvington, Va., with memorial and reception at 11:30 a.m. at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury.

He was a World War II veteran and owned Bralley-Willett Tank Lines Inc.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Dorothy Lane Bralley and Wynette Stembridge Bralley.

Survivors include his daughters, Mikal Bralley Hoofnagle of Richmond, Va., Courtney Bralley Meadows of Swansboro; stepdaughter, Stephanie Ray Johnson of Lawrenceville, Ga; sisters, Lucy Bralley del Cardayre of Rockville, Va., Margaret Burton of Altavista, Va.; four grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
