Joseph Corbin

WILMINGTON - Joseph G. Corbin, 84, of Wilmington, died Jan. 31, 2013, at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 at St. James Parish in Wilmington with interment following at St. Francis Garden at the church.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 32 years retiring as captain. He also retired from N.C. State Ports Authority and was a member of St. James Parish, N.C. Custom Knife Makers Guild and past master of Masonic Lodge #87, Jacksonville.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou; and daughters, Kathleen Drennan of Wilmington and Julie Corbin of Cary.

The family will receive friends following the service.
