MAYSVILLE - Beulah Riggs Brown, 82, died Feb. 12, 2013, at UPAC-Neuse in New Bern.
She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church in New Bern; retired from civil service at Camp Lejeune; was a former member of the Young at Heart Club; former Sunday school teacher and former member of the Joy Choir and Sanctuary Choir of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Eugene Brown Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15 at First Baptist Church in Maysville with the Rev. Dr. John Lewis and the Rev. David Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Sayland Funeral Home, 703 Mattocks Ave. in Maysville.
Surviving are her sons, Harold Eugene Brown Jr. of Maysville and Harry C. Brown and his wife Lisa of Jacksonville; her sister, Jane Freeman of Maysville; and her brother, Page Riggs of Maysville; her grandsons, Bonson, Kriston and Ryan Brown; her stepgranddaughters, Kimber Reilly and Morgan Cunningham; and her great-grandchildren, Lucas, Dillon, Matt, Brianna and Damian.
