POQUOSON, Va. - Janet M. Sadler, 82, a Jacksonville resident for most of her life, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at her daughter's home in Poquoson, Va.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9 at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with the Rev. Wink Chambers officiating. Entombment will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Sadler; and son, David R. Sadler. She is survived by two daughters, Joni Campbell (Bill), and Jeanette Sadler; two sons, Joseph Sadler (Margaret), and Robert Sadler; two sisters, Ann Chambers (Wink), and Pat Eidson; three brothers, James Dalton (Linda), Chuck Dalton (Beverly), and Roger Dalton; five grandchildren, Jennifer Campbell, Courtney Campbell (Adam), Amanda Campbell, Beth Sadler, and David Sadler; two great-grandchildren, Mahlina Shoats and Isabella Dooley; and many nieces and nephews. "Janet loved and adored all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren."
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service on Friday afternoon at the funeral home.
