Samuel Patton Beachy, 4, of Jacksonville died at Onslow Memorial Hospital.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend George Robertson officiating. Interment will be held later in Carlisle, Pa.
Survivors include his parents, Grant and Sara Beachy of the home; sister, Anna Catherine Beachy, of the home; brother, Colin Beachy of the home; grandparents, Jim and Ann Davidson of Rockville, Md. and Stan and Joyce Beachy of Carlisle, Pa.
