HINESVILLE, Ga. - Johnnie Lee Frazier, 91, passed away Jan. 16, 2011, at the home of his daughter, Edith Dawson, in Hinesville, Ga.

He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the European Theatre. He was born in Creek County, Okla., and is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Frazier, six brothers and seven sisters of Oklahoma.

Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Grace Barbee Frazier of the home, one son, David Frazier of Newcastle, Okla., two daughters, Edith Frazier Dawson of Hinesville, Ga., and Norma Frazier Jeffcoat of Camden, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Frazier will be well remembered for his love of horses and his participation in many rodeos and horse shows.

Visitation will be on Wednesday evening, Jan. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home in Richlands. Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan. 20, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Richlands, with burial in the family cemetery on Richlands Loop Road.
