My sincere sympathy to the family. I remember Mrs. Blauvelt from Virginia Avenue. She was kind, funny and a great cook. I had many lunches and several dinners with Irene and the family. May she rest in peace!

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the Blauvelt family. I went to St. Paul's Grammar School with Irene, and in recent years I've come to know Beverly through social media. I feel as if I knew your beautiful Mom through Beverly's words! May she rest in the peace of the Lord.
