Richard A. Lockhart

Lockhart, Richard Allen Age 65. Peacefully, Monday, December 3, 2012 at Hines Veterans Hospital. Born in Chicago and a long time Joliet area resident. A U.S. Marine Corp Veteran serving in Vietnam from 1965-1968. He retired from Alden Machine Shop in Joliet. A member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #967 Morris, IL. Preceded by his father, Richard Lockhart; his mother, Barbara Wheeling; and one brother, Timothy Shawn Lockhart. Survived by brother, Charles Edward Lockhart of Pineville, LA; one sister, Barbara Carolyn Hernandez of Novi Sad, Serbia; brother, Curtis Jarrett Williams of Pamplona, Spain; sister, Carol Ann Breedlove of Duesseldorf, Germany; sister, Pamela Rae Chesney of Philadelphia, MS; sister, Shannon Brainard of Chopin, SC; brother, Kevin Lockhart of Shelbyville, IL; and sister, Marilis Kathleen (Donald) Dettmann of Dwight, IL. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services for Richard Allen Lockhart will be Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel, Pastor Keith Tipple officiating. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with full military honors conducted under the auspices of the United States Marine Corps.
