Gospava Kisich

Gospava Kisich (nee Jukovich), age 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2014, with her loving family by her side.

Gospava is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Milovan; loving children, Daniel, Steven, Olga Deschamps, and Bosa Goodale; Dan's family, children, Liana and David, grandchildren, Eric and Lauren; Steven's family, wife, Theresa and children, Kristi, Nicole, Michael, Brian, Eric, and Claire; Olga's family, huband, David Deschamps, children, Alexandra, Zachary, Jacklyn, Jennifer, and David and grandchildren, Carter and Elaina; Bosa's family, husband, David Goodale and children, Michael, Victoria, and Hailee; dear brothers, Sam, Wally, Bronko, Milo, and Vaso Jukovich; and sister, Zorka Boricich; sisters-in-law, Lilly, Olga, and Verene; also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents, Rado and Draginja Jukovich; brother, Vojo; and sisters, Stana, Velika, and Milka; and brother-in-law, Velimir.

Gospava was a life-long member of the Kolo Sisters of St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church. She retired from Carl Buddig in South Holland, IL.

Donations may be made in Gospava's name to St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, 300 Stryker Avenue, Joliet, IL, 60435.

Services for Gospava will begin with a visitation on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet, IL 60435. A Pomen service will be held at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at St. George Serbian Orthodox Church where Gospava will lie-in-state from 8:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service to begin at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Sava Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.
