Laurie Varsell, 50, of New London, formerly of Manchester, died Monday, March 18, 2013, at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.
Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Rowena Varsell, and had lived in Manchester for many years.
She is survived by her children, Andrew Varsell and his wife, Lori, of Manchester, Jimmy Lagasse of New Britain, and Jeanne Lagasse of New Britain; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Alexandra David, and Dominique. She is also survived by her brother, David Varsell and his wife, Cheryl, of Ellington; her brother-in-law, Jay Stager of Lincolnville, Maine; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Karen Stager.
Family and friends may call at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St., Manchester, on Saturday, March 23 from 2 to 5 p.m.
