Page, Anthony "Tony"  
Gone, but never forgotten. Anthony "Tony" Page of North Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Nov. 10, 2014, at home. He was 76. Tony loved all sports, especially University of Connecticut Men's and Women's basketball, Boston Bruins Hockey, and the Boston Red Sox. He played softball and coached Little League baseball for many years and really enjoyed playing sit-down volleyball. Tony was retired from Scan Optics in Manchester. He leaves to mourn him, his loving wife of 50 years, Carole; sons, Dean (Kelly), Cory, James (Annette); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Hayley, Michael (Danielle), and Jenna; three great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored; his loving sister, Shirley; several nieces and nephews; and many, many friends. Tony was predeceased by his sister, Antoinette. A memorial service will be held at Buccaneer Estates, North Fort Myers today, Nov. 22, and on a future date in Connecticut. Donations may be sent to the American Heart Association.

Prickett, William  
William Prickett, 88, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at Blair Manor in Enfield. William was born March 7, 1926, in Danbury, son of the late Roland P. and Lily M. (Robinson) Prickett. William attended grammar schools in Hampden, Massachusetts, and graduated in 1944 from Technical High School in Springfield. He then enlisted in the service and served his country proudly with the U.S. Army, in the tank destroyer division during World War II in the European Theatre. Prior to retiring in 1991 William was a designer for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft for many years. He had a commercial pilot's license and owned Parkwood Boat Co. He is survived by his sister Ellen P. Sawn; his nieces Carol S. Lorenzetti, and Charlene Dunaway; his nephews George W. Sawn Jr. and Daniel Sawn; his grandnieces Julie Lorenzetti and Jacquelyn Sawn; his grandnephew Jonathan Sawn. He was predeceased by his sister Winifred Sawn. A visitation period will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield, followed by the funeral service with Pastor Barry Andrusik officiating. Interment with military honors will take place in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Hampden. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
