Paul Arnold, 55, of Enfield passed away peacefully Monday, Jan. 27, 2014.
Paul was born Oct. 15, 1958, in Hartford. He grew up in East Windsor and later moved to Enfield where he lived his entire adult life. Paul was a loving father who enjoyed spending time with his sons, auto racing, and had a gift for fixing things.
He is survived by his loving parents, Melvin Arnold of Suffield and Dorothy Quint, and her husband, Richard, of Enfield. Paul also leaves behind his former wife and close friend, Cheryl, and their four sons, Joshua, Eric, Mark, and Jake; his grandmother, Alice Smith; a brother, Richard Arnold, and his wife, Susan; a sister, Karen Crochiere, and her husband, Val; his nephews, Brandon Arnold and Tyler Crochiere; and uncles, Francis and Peter Reno along with several cousins. Paul was a warm, caring person who will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
A celebration of Paul's life will be held Thursday, Jan. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bassinger & Dowd Funeral Home, 37 Gardner St., East Windsor, for any and all who wish to attend.
