To Dawn and the entire Cobb Family,

I knew Dick from his days at U Conn when he and my brother Robin (Foote) were inseperable buddies. He would often come and hang out with Robin, my sister Jackie and me at the house on Wireless Station Road in S. Wellfleet that we rented summers. It was back in the carefree days!

I remember Dick as one of the most handsome, charming, polite and athlectic men I'd ever met.

My brother Robin speaks so fondly of you, Dawn, his "beautiful wife" and your 3 children. I am so very, very sorry for your loss. I know his beautiful spirit will live on forever in the memories you hold in your hearts for him. God bless each and every one of you.

Dear Bunny, Dotty and Bobby,

I was so sorry to here about Dick. He was such a charming, warm and delightful guy. He was my brother Stan's friend, soul brother and best man at their wedding. Growing up it was always Dick and Stan.

It is heartbreaking losing a son, father, brother so young.

My deepest sympathies. May your memories comfort you during this difficult time.

Fondly,
Tobey Slossberg Charlaff

For Bunny, Dotty and Bobby ( and to the extended family..)

I was there at your Dad's funeral, and although I will not be able to attend on Friday, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dick was the most polished high school President Manchester High ever had- with a quick wit and beautiful smile on his face, he was polite to both young and old ( and always a kind word for Stan's little sister!). He was a fantastic athlete, caring and we will always hold him near and dear in the Slossberg family.

May he rest in peace, and my deepest sympathy.

Sincerely,

Joanne ( Slossberg ) Kelly
