Alice Crockwell Obituary
Born in Hartford, the daughter of the late John and Alice (Donlan) Fallon, she was a Newington resident since 1953 until moving to Manchester six years ago. Alice enjoyed life, loved music, and adored her family, all of whom will miss her dearly.
She leaves her sons, Thomas M. Crockwell, and his wife, Kim, of Glastonbury, Robert W. Crockwell of Manchester, and Jack Crockwell, and his wife, Barbara, also of Manchester; her daughter, Catherine A. Ferrari, and her husband, John, of Windsor Locks; her grandchildren, Jennifer Grant, and her husband, Bill, Rachel, Brenna, Riley, Shannon, Michael and Christian Crockwell, and Dako Schoeps, and his wife, Heather; and her three great-grandchildren, Hailey Johnson and Colby and Gavin Grant.
Calling hours have been scheduled for Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave. Newington.
A short visitation will take place on Saturday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. immediately prior to a eulogy to be given at 10:45 a.m. at Newington Memorial. She will be laid to rest in St. Thomas Cemetery in Southington immediately following.
