Brock J. Lemery

Brock J. Lemery, 23, of Somers, tragically entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.

Brock was born in Hartford on Sept. 5, 1990, and had lived in Somers for most of his life. He graduated from Enrico Fermi High School in 2008, and shortly after began his training as an electrician at Lincoln Tech. After graduating in 2010, he worked for PJ Loda & Sons in Windsor Locks, and was most recently employed at Ferguson Electric in Plainville. His passion for cars and motorcycles far exceeded simply riding. He spent many long days and nights transforming ordinary cars into beautiful works of art. A skilled motocross rider, he was a member of the L&L Racing Team and won the 250cc Novice Championship, earning his way to the Amateur Class.

Brock is survived by his mother, Cindylee Lemery Begin, and her husband, Richard, of Somers; his brothers, Brandon Lemery, and his wife, Elyse, of Somers, and Jesse Lemery of Enfield. He was also a devoted uncle to his two nephews, Dallas and Dominic Lemery, whom he loved and cherished immensely. He will also be missed by his loving canine companion, Scoob; many faithful friends, and extended family. Brock was predeceased by his father, Mark Lemery.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield, followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
